Beschreibung

• Own implementation projects end-to-end, including feature implementations, new client implementations, platform migrations, and transition-out projects • Lead project kickoffs and maintain governance cadences, status calls, risk and issue tracking, and executive updates • Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking • Identify risks, blockers, and decision points; escalate and drive resolution • Manage scope-related change requests and align clients and internal teams on impacts • Coordinate end-user training, communications, and enablement materials • Coordinate user acceptance testing and go-live readiness sign-off, including post-launch hypercare • Create a consistent client experience across RFPs, implementation, migration, renewal, and transition-out phases • Coordinate handoffs between lifecycle phases and teams • Translate contracts, statements of work, and commitments into actionable project plans • Lead RFP planning, sequencing, execution, contributor coordination, reviews, demos, and deadline management • Improve RFP processes through templates, standards, and repeatable workflows • Support module upsell by identifying adoption gaps and building expansion cases • Create templates for enabling existing modules and track module adoption • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Implementation, Transition, Account Management, and external partners • Resolve cross-team conflicts involving priorities or timing • Document workflows, maintain templates and playbooks, and keep project records current • Follow and improve PMO standards, processes, and cross-functional workflows

🎯 Anforderungen

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Aspira is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas, now or in the future • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects such as RFPs, implementations, migrations, or transitions • Strong organizational, documentation, and process improvement skills • Comfortable coordinating across technical and non-technical teams • Clear, confident communicator with strong client-facing skills • Adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and able to thrive in an evolving environment • Ability to quickly learn new technical concepts and systems, and take ownership without waiting for direction • Prior experience implementing or supporting SaaS platforms • Working knowledge of data migration concepts, including DEV/QA/UAT/PROD environment tiers, data validation and reconciliation, cutover, and rollback planning • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, including sprint or release cycles, backlog and ticket management, and QA/testing phases • Comfort reading and translating technical documentation for non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency in Monday.com or an equivalent project management platform • Proficiency in Jira • Experience with Confluence, Microsoft 365, or similar tools • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification • 3–5 years of project management, program management, or client delivery experience • Exposure to system implementations or platform migrations requiring careful documentation and cross-team coordination • Experience supporting RFP responses, proposal writing, or account growth and upsell initiatives • Experience working within a PMO or standardized project governance structure • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices; Scrum Master or related certification a plus
