Beschreibung

• Own the day-to-day relationship for assigned clients and serve as the primary liaison between clients and Assurant • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through proactive, high-touch communication • Anticipate client needs, milestones, audits, risks, and service requirements • Respond to client questions and issues and coordinate stakeholders through resolution • Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams including Operations, Underwriting, Claims, and Technology • Lead responses to complex client needs involving billing, systems, data connections, communications, services, and catastrophe response • Develop recommendations based on program performance and financial analysis • Report challenges and provide solutions and alternative recommendations • Advocate for and manage client change requirements to comply with business guidelines, state compliance, and governed statutes • Build internal and external networks to remove barriers and deliver timely solutions • Participate in annual business reviews, quarterly business reviews, client meetings, and team meetings • Support contracting and other client initiatives when needed • Monitor operational service-level agreements and work with operations teams to maintain contractual SLA performance

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of executive or strategic-level support or account management for high-value clients • Excellent organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple client needs and competing priorities • Exceptional relationship-building skills to establish rapport and guide client conversations • Ability to travel approximately 15%–20% for client meetings, annual and quarterly business reviews, and other business or team meetings • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Prior or current experience in Mortgage Servicing or P&C Insurance is helpful • Preference for candidates located in the Central or Eastern time zones
