Beschreibung

• Design and build features across the Rails monolith and Go microservices, including candidate portals, partner flows, I-9 workflows, and internal admin and adjudication tools • Extend ATS and partner integrations • Orchestrate asynchronous vendor searches and reporting pipelines • Use AI coding assistants, automated AI code review, and agentic tools throughout the workflow • Build AI-powered platform features including intelligent document parsing, structured extraction from vendor records, and smarter screening and adjudication automation • Own the full lifecycle of work: build, test major UX paths, review, ship, and monitor

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong production experience with b2b SaaS applications • Solid Go skills, or equivalent backend experience with HTTP services, background workers, and comfort with concurrency • Strong PostgreSQL skills and good instincts for relational data modeling • Track record building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations, including webhooks, OAuth, and SFTP • MCP experience is a plus • Comfort with server-rendered frontends using ERB/HTML/CSS • Habit of writing well-tested code
