Beschreibung

• As part of delivering design management (Maîtrise d’Œuvre) projects and in collaboration with the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of assigned projects • Responsibility: Ensuring that designs comply with contractual requirements • Ensuring the quality and compliance of technical documentation with contractual requirements • Managing the client relationship for technical/discipline-specific matters (complementary to the Project Manager who handles contractual aspects) • Areas of involvement: Proposals and bid responses, feasibility studies, design-phase studies, preparation of execution contracts, oversight and monitoring of detailed design studies, analysis of technical impacts from requested modifications • Leading and coordinating the multi-discipline design team throughout the project.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Master’s degree or engineering degree (Bac +5) or equivalent, with a specialization in Nuclear Engineering or Industrial Engineering • Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering engineering/design management projects (Maîtrise d’Œuvre) • Significant experience in the design of nuclear or industrial facilities, ideally from early design/basic design phases • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills • Commitment to fully understanding the technical scope of client-assigned studies • Leadership of teams: we are seeking someone who can understand the issues and risks and lead an engineering office rather than a single-discipline technical expert • Structured, able to create structure, and reliable.
