Beschreibung

• Drive continued growth for Electrical Products through agents and electrical distributors • Demand creation of existing, proprietary, and new products • Educate and train Sales Agents and end users on products through various methods • Develop strategic sales programs for regional growth • Execute pre-call planning and in-depth reporting in Salesforce.com • Enter, track, manage, and report on projects, opportunities, and territory sales plans • Attend trade shows and conferences • Collaborate with Strategic Account sales leadership and teams • Manage performance of Sales Agents • Conduct sales objective reviews by product and direct salesperson • Profile and report on competitive market intelligence • Identify opportunities for process improvements • Support buying group activities • Manage travel & entertainment expenses

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree required • 5-10 years related experience in electrical sales • Minimum 5-10 years of proven electrical industry or related experience • Excellent Communication Skills • Negotiating Skills • Presentation Skills • Analytical Skills • Excellent computer skills: Windows Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Prior use of Salesforce preferred • Experience working with electrical contractors and knowledge of the NEC
