Beschreibung

• Build exceptional on-platform solutions: Design, implement, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Flows. • Lead Apex by excellence: Apply strong OOP, clean architecture, testability, and performance in mind. • Secure by design: Implement robust security and sharing solutions aligned with Salesforce’s security model (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, manual sharing, field-level security). • Integrate with confidence: Connect Salesforce via REST/SOAP, platform events, and connectors with resilient, secure patterns and error handling. • Optimize for scale: Improve solutions within Salesforce governor limits, apply best practices in bulkification, caching, and transaction management. • Raise the bar: Champion platform standards, coding conventions, code reviews, and clear design guidelines. • Partner across Value Streams: Collaborate with Product, Data, and Operations to turn business needs into scalable technical designs. • Test for trust: Deliver high-quality unit and integration tests with strong, meaningful coverage. • Make it reliable: Improve platform reliability, observability, and maintainability—driving documentation and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of hands-on development in enterprise environments and deliver measurable impact. • Advanced in Flows and strong in Apex/OOP, selecting the right approach (Flow vs. Apex vs. Configuration) for scalable, maintainable solutions. • Proven experience with LWC and Apex, deep understanding of component lifecycle, reactivity, and performance. • Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model and are able to design for least privilege and compliance. • Connect Salesforce to external systems via REST/SOAP, OAuth, and named/external credentials reliably. • Respect governor limits and apply best practices in bulkification, transactions, async, and error handling. • Work fluently with Git (branching, PRs, conflict resolution); CI/CD for Salesforce is a plus. • Work effectively across teams, communicate in English; German skills are a plus. • Salesforce certifications (PD I/II), experience with Managed Packages, Platform Events, and Data Loader/ETL are a plus.
