Beschreibung

• Build trusted client account relationships with Accenture and Microsoft stakeholders and clients • Lead sales, revenue, delivery, and client satisfaction for Microsoft-focused deliverables • Create, own, execute, and maintain strategic business growth plans on the Microsoft platform across Consumer Goods accounts • Serve as a Microsoft advisor and primary contact for clients and Accenture Account Leadership • Build and manage strategic client relationships, including with client C-suite stakeholders • Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing accounts • Identify customer outcomes and needs, introduce internal specialists, and analyze complex customer data • Develop solutions and generate new opportunities through partner relationships • Lead and track Microsoft strategy and business benefits across client accounts • Champion Microsoft AI and innovation within the Accenture account plan • Direct cross-functional teams in designing tailored Microsoft solutions • Oversee pricing strategies, contract terms, risk controls, RFPs, tenders, and bid responses • Identify opportunities to expand customers’ Microsoft footprint • Develop and execute customer renewal strategies • Support customer satisfaction, loyalty, and organizational resource alignment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Education and/or experience in the Consumer Goods Industry • 7+ years of customer management and/or enterprise sales experience • Demonstrated success managing strategic client relationships and driving growth in a service-based sales environment • 7+ years of validated ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in configuring and delivering complex Microsoft solutions aligned to client strategy • Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack • Foundational or higher-level Microsoft certifications strongly preferred • 5+ years of experience working with the required industry verticals • Ability to articulate Microsoft’s specific differentiation story within those industries in relation to at least one other major cloud provider
