Beschreibung

• Join the Client Success team, leading post-sale account management for new and existing growth accounts. • Deliver best-in-class, turnkey client experiences from kickoff to wrap. • Help drive client retention, identify growth opportunities, and support media planning efforts. • Serve as a trusted partner to clients who are new to Axios, ensuring they feel confident and supported. • Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns across the Axios product suite. • Monitor campaign performance and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to meet client and revenue goals.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1+ years of digital campaign planning and execution experience in a publisher or agency environment • Agile and adaptable in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting all deadlines and exceeding client expectations. • Responsible for building media strategies that support client objectives and campaign goals. • Develops a strong understanding of Axios products and effectively positions them to meet client objectives. • Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills with obsessive attention to detail. • Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs). • Prior professional experience in account management, customer support, media planning, digital marketing, ad operations, or business development is a plus.
