Beschreibung

• Collaborate with product leaders to spike on possibilities and prototype aggressively • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in code design, systems thinking, and driving AI agents effectively • Write backend business logic, extend our API, integrate with third-party services, build frontend UI • Improve system performance and resilience, upgrade our tech stack, and go after ambitious projects • Own what you ship in production and ensure reliability as a first-class feature

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years as a professional software engineer on teams building full stack cloud-native web apps • Ideally with PHP, but any object-oriented language works too • React apps in TypeScript • Experience building well-structured, readily comprehensible, easily maintainable software that balances practicality with elegance • MySQL, using both PHP-based ORMs and raw SQL • Designing and building RESTful APIs, and integrating with third-party APIs • Able to work remotely from the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones • Qualified to work in the United States or Canada
