Beschreibung

• Own the digital ecosystem end to end across paid media, CRM, websites, SEO, analytics, reservations, and guest acquisition • Build scalable systems supporting future restaurant openings for Barcelona Wine Bar and Corsica Wine Bar • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns, beginning with Meta and paid search • Own paid media budgets, targeting, and optimization • Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns for a database of roughly 500,000 records • Manage segmentation, scheduling, deliverability, and list health • Build and maintain attribution infrastructure connecting GA4 with POS and reservations data from SpotOn and Tock • Tie spend and content to actual guest visits • Own marketing reporting and dashboards and provide actionable insights and recommendations • Manage the marketing technology stack, including the data warehouse and CRM/email platform • Evaluate new marketing tools as the team scales • Oversee web analytics, SEO, and conversion opportunities • Partner with outside developers or agencies as needed • Manage local directory listings and Google Business Profiles across all locations • Establish the digital ecosystem for new restaurants, including listings, GA4, GBP, and tracking • Manage outside vendors and hold spend accountable to results

🎯 Anforderungen

• Five or more years in a digital marketing role with direct ownership of paid media budgets, analytics and email/CRM programs • Experience ideally in a multi-unit or multi-location consumer brand or agency environment • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and CRM systems such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp • Comfort with SQL or BigQuery, or readiness to learn a marketing data warehouse environment • Experience building dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Tableau or similar • Builder's mindset • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to make data legible to leadership and the board
