Beschreibung

• Achieving sales quotas through a network of independent distributors • Building and executing plans to drive surgeon and distributor adoption of Baxter’s bone graft solutions • Developing a strong sustainable pipeline using company CRM and forecasting tools • Identifying and maintaining professional relationships with key opinion leaders in your region • Supervising the recruitment and management of independent distributors • Providing support at key events in the US and representing the company responsibly

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience • High School Diploma or GED required • Clinical background and experience highly preferred (spine preferred) • Track record of hospital-based selling in the operating room • Experience leading a large territory • Strong negotiation and presentation skills • Ability to communicate product value proposition and comprehensive clinical information • Hunter mentality and personal accountability for achieving strong results • Must be able to work autonomously
