Beschreibung

• Managing the operational components of RetinaVue P.C. • Providing business operations support to the Vision Care team • Overseeing a set of vendors and processes that ensure compliant, 50 state coverage for the overread network • Managing physician credentialling and reappointment, state licensing and registration renewals, and audit support • Streamlining GTM processes from selling and contracting to implementation and billing • Acting as the lead for process improvement and business reporting • Managing customer relationships for top tier accounts requiring ongoing coordination post implementation • Being the point of escalation for exam disputes and re-routing to the interpreting physician • Managing physician payments for monthly exams and clinical service director agreements • Conducting physician onboarding and termination

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree required • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare related field • Experience creating and deploying standard operating procedures • Heavy analytical strengths and systems knowledge • Financial orientation with strong attention to detail • Strong ability to initiate and maintain cross-functional relationships • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization • Ability to multi-task and align priorities accordingly • Ability to exercise appropriate independent judgment • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure
