Beschreibung

• Achieve sales goals for Baxter’s product portfolio within the assigned territory • Implement sales strategies and execute business plans to achieve sales volume, product mix, and profit objectives • Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts within Alternate Site accounts • Call on Home Infusion, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Consulting Pharmacies, Physician Offices, Oncology, and Distributors • Deliver sales presentations and provide technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and education • Collaborate with Virtual Sales, Infusion Systems, Pharmacy, and Nutrition Specialists • Protect, service, and grow the current business base • Manage and maximize Baxter GPO contracts • Provide market information to management and marketing • Problem-solve customer issues and maintain customer loyalty and revenue generation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required • Three years minimum sales experience • Ideal candidates will have experience with medical sales working with distributors • Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies • Ability to travel, including visits to remote or urban areas • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Baxter is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
