Beschreibung

• Deliver product and clinical training to healthcare professionals • Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic territory plans • Promote the clinical value of Baxter's Patient Support Systems portfolio • Build long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders • Protect and expand existing business • Support tender processes from pre-tender strategy and preparation through post-award implementation • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and other internal stakeholders • Use CRM tools to plan, track, and optimize business activities and opportunities • Identify portfolio opportunities through strategic upselling and solution expansion • Support commercial growth and clinical excellence across Italy and Greece

🎯 Anforderungen

• Clinical or healthcare-related educational background • Experience working within or closely with hospital environments • Fluent Italian and English • Willingness to travel extensively across Italy; field-based role • Strong presentation and training capabilities • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • Digital mindset and confidence using CRM systems and technology • Genuine passion for improving patient care and supporting healthcare professionals • Preferred backgrounds include Registered Nurse (RN), Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Biomedical Engineer, Civil Engineer preferably within healthcare environments, or other Healthcare Sciences disciplines • Experience in medical device industry, clinical or product specialist roles, healthcare professional training and education, tender and procurement processes, Patient Support Systems, mobility solutions, pressure injury prevention, commercial or customer-facing roles, healthcare architecture or facility design, or formal training qualifications is advantageous
