Beschreibung

• Managing test costing and inventory valuation • Ensuring the accurate financial posting of inventory-related transactions • Supporting the monthly financial close, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes • Partnering closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to maintain compliance with US GAAP • Maintaining robust item master data • Ensuring proper accounting practices are followed throughout the inventory management process • Leading cycle counts and physical inventory coordination • Driving resolution with Operations and Supply Chain on variances

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA or CMA a plus • 3+ years of accounting experience with at least 1–2 years in manufacturing, assembly, laboratory operations, or inventory-management • Hands-on experience with inventory accounting, inventory valuation, and cost accounting (standard costing and/or actual costing) • Strong understanding of how supply chain and operational workflows translate to financial results • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving, data analysis, documentation, and timely research/resolution of discrepancies • Advanced Excel skills required • ERP proficiency required; NetSuite experience strongly preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to varying audiences.
