Beschreibung

• Implementation and execution of data ETL, management and engineering. • Development of user interfaces for curation and data maintenance tools based on user requirements. • Enhance data and knowledge processing effectiveness and efficiency, and improve workflows for internal data analysis, interpretation, and clinical report writing in daily production clinical operations. • Implementation of data models and software frameworks to effectively store and process data, information, and clinical insights. • Monitor database performance and proactively optimize queries and processes for improved efficiency. • Collaborates in a multidisciplinary and regulated clinical diagnostics environment with geneticists, bioinformaticians, software engineers, and IT infrastructure professionals.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Education: Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, a comparable program, or an equivalent qualification, with 3+ years of comprehensive experience in related field. • Experience in Python, R, or C++. • Experience in data ETL, data management, and data sharing for genomic and clinical applications, especially for next generation human sequencing data. • Knowledgeable of database management systems in SQL database. • Understanding of database architecture, design, and optimization. • DevOps experience such as unit testing, CI/CD is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
