Beschreibung

• The Vice President of Business Development will be a key executive in driving the growth and expansion of the organization. • Conduct extensive market research, analyze industry trends, and develop comprehensive strategies to penetrate the BioPharma & Research market segments. • Develop, refine, and implement a comprehensive business development plan that aligns with overall strategic goals of the company. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and create solutions to meet them. • Lead negotiations to secure contracts and deals that benefit both client and Baylor Genetics, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on market research, strategic initiatives, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field. MBA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. • Proven track record in formulating and executing strategies to achieve business development objectives, with a focus on efficiency and productivity. • Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders that produces significant business results. • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Proven track-record of working effectively with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and technology, to align operational strategies with broader business goals.
