Beschreibung

• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across the organization • Support the infrastructure powering the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform • Work hands-on with Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, security patching, firewall troubleshooting, and infrastructure administration • Support RPA platform operations and automation development • Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research • Design, develop, modify, or integrate moderately complex information systems • Devise or modify application systems and procedures to optimize capacity, operating time, response time, and desired results • Design, code, test, debug, and document programs, subroutines, and scripts • Maintain technical skills in software languages, databases, platforms, and operating systems • Respond to system failures and performance events to reduce downtime and prevent recurrence • Provide services to project teams and management staff • Guide less-experienced programmers and present information to end users • Serve as project lead, business systems analyst, or technical lead for small to medium efforts

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with Windows and Linux based server administration • Strong experience with Active Directory, password safes, PowerShell, and Bash scripting • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, security patching, vulnerability remediation, and firewall administration • Experience with DNS, TCP/IP, encryption, SSL/TLS certificates, and related infrastructure components • Experience supporting virtualized infrastructure (VMware) and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required • 2 years of programming experience required • 1 year of experience with information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards required • 1 year of expert working knowledge of at least one programming language in use at BCBST • Proven skill with information technology in use at BCBST is required • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Participation in an on-call support schedule is required • Sponsorship is not available for this role • Preferred: Experience with UiPath RPA Development and UiPath Cloud Components • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile and Azure DevOps
