Beschreibung

• Overseeing the financial operations and financial strategic planning of the company • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance • Establish credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization • Lead annual and monthly budgeting/reforecasting processes • Lead annual and month end financial accounting closes • Ensure financial statements comply with generally accepted accounting principles • Support parent company annual group audit of financial statements • Drive cash flow performance through management • Evaluate the finance division structure and team plan for continual improvement of efficiency.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including experience in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally across departments • Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel required • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP is a plus.
