Beschreibung

• Lead BeInCrypto’s end-to-end multimedia editorial strategy across long-form and short-form content. • Host interviews, analysis videos, and industry conversations with confidence and strong editorial presence. • Own the video editorial calendar and align it with market trends, product priorities, and audience demand. • Develop story angles, scripts, hooks, and video concepts optimized for retention and audience growth. • Work hands-on with editors, designers, and social media teams to deliver high-performing content. • Identify viral moments and shape short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and X. • Build relationships with founders, researchers, investors, and key voices across crypto and traditional finance. • Analyze performance metrics including watch time, retention, engagement, and subscriber growth to continuously improve content strategy.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Have 4+ years of experience in financial journalism, crypto media, business media, or creator-led finance content. • Have a strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, financial markets, and the broader fintech ecosystem. • Bring an existing network of founders, investors, analysts, researchers, or media contacts within crypto, Web3, or traditional finance. • Have experience hosting, producing, or leading video-first editorial content across YouTube, podcasts, interviews, or social platforms. • Combine editorial thinking with hands-on execution — you are comfortable both shaping strategy and creating content yourself. • Understand what performs across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X, and can adapt content formats accordingly. • Are fluent in English (С2).
