Beschreibung

• Contribute meaningfully to the success of one or more projects or products • Demonstrate proficiency and specialized skill in key technologies relevant to the team’s goals • Scope, estimate, design, and deliver medium-to-large features • Actively reduce technical debt across projects or products • Support and collaborate with team members • Follow established team processes to deliver features reliably to production • Collaborate with teammates, external teams, and client stakeholders throughout the SDLC • Develop test plans, test cases, and documentation aligned with software specifications and user requirements • Document, prioritize, and track defects using bug-tracking tools • Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices • Track software quality metrics throughout the SDLC • Increase test coverage, speed, and accuracy through automated testing • Evaluate and recommend QA tools, frameworks, and techniques • Ensure testing procedures comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements • Prepare documentation for audits • Conduct performance and security testing • Own React and TypeScript interfaces meeting Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA • Own Go services in containers on AWS behind Kong API gateway and Akamai CDN/WAF • Work with PostgreSQL/Aurora as the system of record and Redis for caching • Maintain unit-through-end-to-end tests and automated accessibility checks using Axe, Pa11y, and Lighthouse • Maintain CloudBees Jenkins delivery pipelines with trunk-based development, blue/green deployments, and LaunchDarkly feature-flagged releases • Support production health through a shared 24/7 on-call rotation • Use OpenTelemetry, New Relic, Splunk, SonarQube, Snyk, and JFrog Xray for observability and security remediation

🎯 Anforderungen

• US Citizenship or Green Card only; sponsorship is not offered • US Residency for at least the past 3 years • Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation • Production experience with Go, the primary backend language • React / TypeScript experience; equivalent languages accepted, primarily focused on frontend skillset and full stack blend • Accessible interface development using Semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and focus management • Automated testing throughout application code • PostgreSQL schema design, indexing, and migrations against a live system • AWS or equivalent cloud experience • Terraform experience preferred • CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or CircleCI preferred • Redis or comparable caching layer experience preferred • OpenTelemetry instrumentation or equivalent observability experience preferred • Progressive delivery practices, including blue/green or canary deploys, feature flags, and trunk-based release strategies preferred • Experience responding to automated security findings, including SAST, SCA, container scanning, and remediation preferred • Experience delivering in a FedRAMP or ATO-governed environment preferred • API gateway or CDN/WAF exposure, such as Kong or Akamai, preferred • Screen reader testing experience with JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver preferred • Ability to participate in a genuine 24/7 on-call rotation for a public-facing production system
