Beschreibung

• Engage with qualified prospective customers interested in Benchmark Gensuite's software solutions • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer priorities, operational challenges, and strategic objectives • Deliver tailored product demonstrations • Build trusted relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders • Guide prospects through solution evaluations and answer commercial questions • Support the transition of prospects into Benchmark Gensuite subscribers • Collaborate with Marketing on the customer journey from inquiry through evaluation • Partner with Solution Consultants on technical demonstrations and complex requirements • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and New Subscriber Development teams • Maintain customer activity, opportunity details, and pipeline information in Salesforce • Stay informed on EHS, Sustainability, ESG, Risk Management, and Operational Excellence trends • Represent Benchmark Gensuite at customer meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS, consulting, business development, or solution-oriented role • Experience conducting discovery meetings and delivering software demonstrations • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform • Interest or experience in EHS, Sustainability, ESG, Risk Management, or Operational Excellence software is highly desirable • Additional European language proficiency is an advantage • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Europe as business needs require
