Beschreibung

• Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows used daily by marketing teams, taking them from prototype to production • Automate campaign development in Braze, including template-driven generation, reusable segmentation logic, product-level personalization, and pre-send QA • Write evaluation suites measuring agent output for brand voice, factual grounding, and tone, and catch regressions before customer release • Maintain a version-controlled library of prompts, skills, and agent definitions as shared team infrastructure • Integrate marketing and product systems through APIs and MCP servers so agents can act on GOAT data • Train marketing partners on developed tools and track adoption and outcomes • Replace manual, repetitive marketing workflows with agents, pipelines, and internal tools • Focus initially on CRM and lifecycle automation, expanding into performance marketing and organic marketing • Work with Engineering and Marketing partners under the AVP of Growth • Measure success through agents shipped into recurring use, hours of manual work returned, and movement in affected KPIs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Demonstrated portfolio of AI builds, including agents, LLM workflows, or internal tools shipped for real users; personal projects, internships, and open-source work count • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic or OpenAI, including prompt design, structured outputs, and tool use • Practical experience with agent orchestration platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Gumloop • Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor • Ability to explain how to evaluate whether an AI system is working and experience building or using evaluations • Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language; Python preferred • Ability to read, debug, and modify unfamiliar code and explain why your own code works • Working knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and JSON • Comfort with Git and version control • 1–2 years of professional experience in any field • Marketing knowledge and experience are preferred, but not required • Exposure to a CRM or marketing automation platform is preferred • Experience with React, Streamlit, Retool, or similar is preferred • SQL or data warehouse querying experience is preferred • Familiarity with RAG, context engineering, or structured product catalogs is preferred • Interest in or knowledge of sneakers, streetwear, collectibles, and resale marketplaces is preferred
