Beschreibung

• Lead the design and delivery of Finance capabilities within Bio-Techne’s global ERP + MES transformation strategy • Elicit, document, and validate requirements across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire, and project accounting processes • Facilitate workshops across business units and ERP platforms to define current-state and future-state processes • Develop process maps, business requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Enable capital investment initiatives, including capital project planning, asset capitalization, cost allocation, and financial controls • Support ERP-related implementations for cash application, payment automation, and other global initiatives • Assess and support the implementation and integration of selected third-party solutions • Define system roles, responsibilities, cross-system financial process flows, and integration requirements across D365, AX 2012, and legacy ERPs • Collaborate with architects and business analysts on scalable integration design and fit/gap analysis • Translate business requirements into functional designs aligned with current-state and future-state ERP platforms • Assist with data migration and harmonization, chart-of-accounts alignment, financial master-data standardization, and historical data considerations • Support phased transitions and coexistence strategies between systems • Partner with system integrators and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery • Lead and coordinate cross-system User Acceptance Testing, including test scenarios, financial validation, issue triage, and go-live readiness • Assist with cutover planning, financial data validation, and reconciliation • Drive process standardization across acquired entities transitioning from legacy ERPs • Identify opportunities to reduce customization and promote out-of-the-box D365 capabilities • Support Finance and Accounting training and change management • Advise Finance stakeholders and IT throughout transformation and stabilization

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Functional Consultant in Finance, Accounting, or ERP environments • Strong understanding of Record to Report, financial close and reporting, Procure to Pay and expense management, Acquire to Retire, fixed assets and capitalization, and Order to Cash • Experience with multiple ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 Finance & Operations • Experience supporting ERP transformations, integrations, or system transitions • Experience in ERP consolidation or post-acquisition integration environments • Experience in multi-entity, global organizations • Experience with capex projects or project accounting • Ability to document cross-system business processes and requirements • Familiarity with financial data models and system integration patterns • Familiarity with inventory and cost accounting in discrete and process manufacturing environments • Familiarity with Data Management Framework templates and projects • Experience with multi-currency solutions • Experience with international tax, duties, and tariffs • Experience implementing and managing treasury automation solutions such as SK Global Treasury Automation Suite • Experience implementing and managing Accounts Payable automation solutions such as Dooap or Medius • Experience implementing and managing tax solutions such as Avalara and/or Vertex • Experience with D365 Management Reporter • Experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI • Preferred: Finance and/or Accounting practitioner experience • Preferred: domain-specific certifications such as CPA • Preferred: Microsoft D365-related certifications • Strong financial and accounting acumen • Ability to think end-to-end across systems • Strategic mindset with hands-on, execution-oriented approach • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • High attention to detail regarding financial data integrity and reconciliation • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-year transformation program • Must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States
