Beschreibung

• Develop and implement category strategies for assigned professional services categories to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, risks, and sourcing opportunities. • Manage procurement activities related to Professional Services suppliers, including Translation Services, Document & Data Retention Services, HR Services, Finance Services, and Legal Services. • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including the development of RFPs and RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection processes. • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements to ensure favorable commercial outcomes. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Monitor supplier performance and address service, cost, or delivery issues when they arise. • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and track savings generated through procurement activities. • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide procurement guidance and support. • Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution. • Assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity. • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual standards, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications such as CPSM or CIPS preferred. • 5–7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management. • Proven experience developing and executing category strategies and managing supplier relationships. • Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to analyze cost structures and procurement data. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholder groups. • Experience using procurement systems or sourcing tools such as SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms. • Ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work remotely from the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
