Beschreibung

• Drive new business across BioPhorum’s training services portfolio • Sell training packages, tailored training solutions, consulting and auditing services linked to Compliance Hub • Identify and engage new-logo prospects across target organisations • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline • Run structured discovery conversations with customers • Develop proposals, pitches and commercial recommendations • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle and close new business • Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts • Develop opportunities for Compliance Hub consulting and auditing services • Work with Marketing to convert campaigns and targeted outreach into opportunities • Maintain excellent CRM discipline, forecasting and opportunity management • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across training, quality, compliance, operations, regulatory and commercial functions • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Training teams and internal subject matter experts to create valuable customer solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Approximately 3–5 years’ experience in quota-bearing B2B sales, business development or new business sales • Experience selling training, consulting, compliance, auditing, professional services, SaaS, data or another solution-led B2B proposition • Preferably experience within pharmaceuticals, life sciences or another regulated environment • Ability to create opportunities through prospecting and hunting • Ability to achieve sales targets • Strong prospecting, discovery and relationship-building skills • Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders and navigate complex buying processes • Confidence presenting solutions and articulating commercial value • Discipline in pipeline management, CRM and forecasting • Ability to turn customer challenges into practical solutions • Resilience and proactive approach • Comfort working in a growing and evolving organisation • Ability to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally
