Beschreibung

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Bitrise customers and demonstrate how Bitrise addresses their business requirements • Stay current on industry best practices and act as a subject matter expert in mobile development best practices • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and industry trends that shape the product roadmap • Debug complex Mobile DevOps and CI/CD issues with developers from large customers • Act as the technical escalation point for the global support team • Represent Bitrise as a thought leader by attending and speaking at conferences, hosting webinars, and writing blog posts • Assist Customer Success Managers with technical consultancy during enterprise customer onboarding • Build relationships with technical champions and help them become company advocates • Drive successful business outcomes through educating, training, designing, and aiding implementation of customer solutions • Help shape and execute strategies that lead to strong user adoption

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in software development • Experience with mobile app development or related processes • Experience with shell scripting • Published an app to the App Store or Play Store • Experience setting up CI pipelines • General knowledge of DevOps best practices • Experience working with cross-functional teams • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of building and nurturing customer relationships • Driven, enthusiastic, “can do” attitude and desire for end-to-end ownership • Advanced technical skills and desire for continued learning • Fluent written and spoken English • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Willingness to travel onsite with clients as needed • Experience in a Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales/Post-Sales Engineer role at a technology company • Track record of public thought leadership • Start-up or scale-up experience • Understanding of computer networking
