Beschreibung

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and quarterly commitments for Secrets Manager • Make product prioritization decisions and remain accountable for outcomes • Conduct continuous customer discovery with developers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams • Analyze GitHub issues, community forums, closed-lost deal data, and support signals • Produce PRDs, PR/FAQs, and strategy narratives for executive decision-making • Present product strategy to executives, customers, and the board • Partner with the Senior Product Owner on backlog quality, sprint planning, delivery coordination, and scoping decisions • Own developer experience across SDKs, CLI, Kubernetes operator, Terraform provider, CI/CD integrations, and platform APIs • Deliver agentic credential access for developers, including authentication, credential scoping, time bounds, and audit trails • Partner with product marketing, sales, and solutions engineering on positioning, competitive response, pricing and packaging input, and launch readiness • Instrument the product and track adoption, activation, integration usage, expansion, and retention • Coordinate with Private Access (PAM) and Agentic Innovation workstreams • Use AI tooling across research, specification writing, competitive analysis, and prototyping

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in product management • Meaningful experience owning a developer-facing, DevOps, or infrastructure product • Experience shipping products developers chose to adopt • Ability to read API documentation, SDK specifications, and architecture diagrams • Working familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code • Understanding of authentication, authorization, access policies, audit logging, and credential lifecycle • Secrets management, PAM, or identity background is a strong plus • Demonstrated roadmap ownership and prioritization experience • Comfort operating with a delivery partner rather than running the backlog yourself • Practical experience using AI tools for research, specification writing, competitive analysis, and prototyping; Anthropic Claude preferred • Point of view on agentic workloads and credential security • Ability to write clearly and concisely for technical and executive audiences • Ability to collaborate with engineering leadership, product marketing, and sales • Comfort working in public and with open-source products • Must be located in the U.S. • Bitwarden does not offer visa sponsorship at this time
