Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary, initial point of contact during the implementation phase for new customers • Facilitate the initial customer Kickoff call and own follow-ups to continue the setup process • Connect each customer’s DMS and Scheduler tool integrations • Troubleshoot initial scheduling errors • Update configurations • Process historical data via BizzyCar’s back-end, The Hive • Schedule test appointments and facilitate pre-launch checks • Launch rooftops to allow BizzyCar outreach to begin • Maintain clear, proactive communication with new customers on timelines, deliverables, and next steps • Document setup procedures and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks • Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success post-setup, including a detailed configuration summary • Collaborate with customers, Customer Success, DMS and scheduling-tool vendors, and Sales to onboard, configure, integrate, and verify new customer setups for go-live

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience in a technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or IT support role • Preferably experience in a SaaS or automotive technology environment • Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or automotive CRM platforms is a major plus • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and able to manage multiple setup projects in parallel • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Must complete Form I-9 and present unexpired documents showing authorization to work in the United States
