Beschreibung

• Sell services related to the company's SaaS accounting software • Manage the services sales process for prospective and existing customers • Understand customer business needs and design implementation solutions through Statements of Work • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities • Partner with Sales and Partner teams on the services aspect of deals • Coordinate product demonstrations and consultations • Build and maintain customer relationships as a trusted advisor • Analyze customer needs and business processes to scope implementation projects • Estimate effort for software setup, customization, integration, and training services • Manage discussions on project timelines, resources, and budgets • Prepare comprehensive Statements of Work covering scope, deliverables, timelines, costs, requirements, integrations, customizations, and training • Coordinate with Legal to ensure documents meet company standards • Ensure seamless handoffs from sales to implementation and continuity in the customer journey • Track services sales activities, opportunities, and interactions using CRM tools • Report on sales forecasts, effort estimation trends, and project budget versus actuals • Meet or exceed services sales quotas and service-booking KPIs • Assist with go-to-market playbooks and sales enablement assets, including workshops, use cases, competitive comparisons, training, whitepapers, and webcasts

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience in selling SaaS or accounting-related software services • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software applications; BlackLine preferred • Proven ability to translate prospective and existing customer objectives into services solutions • 4+ years in a customer-facing role • Ability to estimate project complexity and effort required for software implementation • Experience drafting and negotiating Statements of Work • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple service sales opportunities simultaneously • Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and accounting systems • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields is preferred • Strong analytical skills for effort estimation and project planning • Attention to detail, especially when drafting and reviewing SOWs • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
