Beschreibung

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more significant product areas within Blackthorn's Salesforce-native suite • Define and prioritize outcomes based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company priorities • Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, definition, and delivery of complex product initiatives • Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Drive Engineering team alignment and remove blockers • Own the squad’s delivery cadence and track commitments • Use AI tooling to accelerate discovery, documentation, and delivery • Use product analytics and qualitative research to validate decisions and improve shipped products • Represent the product domain with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success • Lead customer discovery interviews and synthesize insights into product direction • Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and progress to senior leadership • Represent Blackthorn's product perspective with external partners and customers • Champion AI tooling and experimentation across workflows and customer-facing experiences • Mentor team members and contribute to a high-autonomy product culture

🎯 Anforderungen

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS product environment • Track record of owning and delivering complex product areas • Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive execution through cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable presenting to executives and engaging with customers • Experience using product analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes • Enthusiasm and fluency for AI • Proactive approach to improving products and processes with AI • Ability to maintain high delivery velocity within a dedicated squad in an iterative, AI-assisted engineering environment
