Beschreibung

• Ensure timely completion of mandatory reporting and compliance activities for federal contract vehicles • Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation within contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and internal repositories • Support contract modifications, amendments, extensions, renewals, and other contractual changes as required. • Serve as contractual point of contact for maintenance of various supplier and vendor portals • Prepare standard procurement forms, federal representations and certifications, and ad hoc requirements in support of RFQ’s. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for issuance and execution of various company agreements, performing first-level contractual reviews and identifying issues requiring escalation to Manager. • Support bid and proposal efforts, including proposal coordination, first-pass compliance reviews, and collection of required submission materials.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2-4 years of experience in federal contracts or procurement environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail, including follow-up. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel mandatory. • US Citizen; ability and willingness to obtain security clearance.
