Beschreibung

• Lead planning and execution of major donor stewardship touchpoints • Lead CEO and executive leadership stewardship correspondence, including acknowledgements • Coordinate reviews, approvals, tracking, and submission of donor correspondence • Compile and review mail/email lists for major donor outreach • Track stewardship deliverables and deadlines • Coordinate production and delivery of impact reports, milestone recognitions, and event follow-ups • Lead planning and execution of the major donor reporting program • Manage adoption and performance of the video messaging platform • Collaborate with Philanthropy on stewardship resources and communications • Oversee stewardship communications and resources in Donor Engagement systems and Salesforce • Improve CRM systems and processes and leverage data to inform stewardship strategies • Maintain accurate constituent records and document stewardship activities and donor preferences • Identify and escalate data quality issues with Data Insights and IT teams • Support analysis, planning, reporting, donor retention, engagement, and long-term giving • Serve as a strategic thought partner across Donor Engagement, Philanthropy, Executive Operations, and Mission • Engage senior and executive leaders on complex donor strategies • Support reporting on stewardship progress and effectiveness

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree; relevant coursework or certifications in nonprofit management, communications, or fundraising a plus • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible related experience in donor stewardship, fundraising operations, or major gifts in a nonprofit organization • Experience supporting major gift fundraising team, with a strong understanding of donor engagement and stewardship best practices • Proven ability of attention to detail • Experience maintaining CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and tracking donor activity and preferences • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Comfort working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Experience with Canva or other design tools a plus • Occasional travel required, approximately 2 times per year
