Beschreibung

• Deliver against commitments with a focus on quality, communicate blockers early, and partner with teammates to keep the team moving. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, leveraging debugging tools to maintain the reliability and performance of our SaaS applications. • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and workflows, contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement. • Engage meaningfully in code reviews—applying coding standards, catching potential bugs, and giving and receiving constructive feedback. • Embrace AI-driven development to enhance your productivity, code analysis, and technical problem-solving. • Use AI tools (Claude Code, etc.) daily for coding, code analysis, and problem-solving. • Collaborate with and learn from teammates, contributing to a high-quality engineering culture through curiosity and follow-through.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Full-Stack Foundation: You have solid working knowledge of .NET (C#) and TypeScript/Node, with hands-on experience in React.JS and modern JavaScript architecture. • Data & Reliability: You have working SQL skills and a practical understanding of asynchronous operations (async/await) to build stable, functional systems. • Quality-First Mindset: You write testable, well-structured code. You understand the value of unit and integration tests and actively build coverage as part of how you work. • Future-Ready: You're curious about the responsible integration of AI tools and eager to use them to work smarter and solve problems more effectively. • Accountability: You take ownership of your work, communicate proactively when things are at risk, and follow through on your commitments. • Technical Awareness: You write maintainable code with a growing awareness of long-term stability, and you flag concerns about scope or complexity before they become problems. • Product Partnership: You collaborate closely with Product and QA teammates, ask good questions, and surface constraints or risks early in the development process. • Growth Orientation: You have a genuine desire to deepen your skills, learn from the engineers around you, and raise your own bar over time. • Mission-Driven Mentality: You connect your technical work to the bigger picture—building software that empowers nonprofits to maximize their impact. • Nice to Haves But Not Required: Experience with .NET Core, Experience with NestJS and Kafka, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) knowledge, CRM experience.
