Beschreibung

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, annual, and special recognition programs • Collect, validate, and maintain recognition and award data • Identify and verify recognition recipients based on program criteria • Coordinate recipient communications, announcements, and recognition materials • Partner with various teams to develop and distribute recognition content • Manage project timelines, approvals, deliverables, and deadlines associated with field recognition programs • Coordinate award and gift fulfillment with internal teams and external vendors • Maintain records, trackers, and reporting related to field recognition programs • Support Marketing and Field Development Executive reviews, meetings, presentations, and special recognition initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve field recognition processes and program execution

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience preferred in project coordination, program administration, marketing coordination, communications, operations, or a related role • Experience supporting marketing focused recognition, awards, incentives, contests, etc. • Experience in direct selling, network marketing, loyalty programs, or member-based organizations • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors • Proficiency with all Microsoft Products (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) • Canva and Asana experience or something equivalent highly desired
