Beschreibung

• Design and build thoughtful, reliable features across the full stack • Work on backend services and APIs as much as frontend; strong in both needed • Bring strong UI and UX sensibility to frontend work • Proactively evaluate tradeoffs and speak up about them • Own work from sprint planning and ticket refinement through implementation, peer review, and demo • Use AI tools as part of work, coding, debugging, or researching • Think critically about where AI can create real value for clients and help shape features • Partner closely with product managers, designers, and QA to ship preferable products • Give and receive code reviews collaboratively

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development on production systems • Strong React experience including component architecture, state management, and performance • Solid backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including building and maintaining production APIs and services • Solid grasp of REST APIs and GraphQL on both sides of the wire • Production experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL • Familiarity with CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar • Comfortable working in AWS or a comparable cloud environment • Strong problem-solving skills, high EQ, and the ability to communicate and collaborate well across a team • Active daily use of AI coding assistants like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude
