Beschreibung

• Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports • Develop custom functions and automations using Deluge scripting • Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms through REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware • Work with Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Analytics, Campaigns, Projects, and Flow • Analyze business requirements and recommend suitable Zoho-based solutions • Troubleshoot technical issues and improve existing applications and workflows • Perform data migration, cleansing, mapping, and validation • Create dashboards, reports, and management-level analytics • Prepare technical documentation and provide training or support to users • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and clients • Submit résumé details of completed Zoho projects, applications worked with, and examples of Deluge scripts or integrations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum two years of experience in Zoho development or implementation • Strong experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator • Proficiency in Deluge scripting • Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations • Understanding of CRM processes, including leads, contacts, accounts, deals, and sales pipelines • Experience with workflow automation and custom functions • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
