Beschreibung

• Responsible for the league and tournament business within their respective regions • Facilitate fulfillment of regional goals and company initiatives • Work directly with center League Champions • Develop, retain and recruit existing and new bowlers and leagues • Attend League Officer meetings and individual league meetings • Collaborate with each center’s League Champion/GM/DM to help identify opportunity days to grow leagues • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly calls with League Champions • Build a strong working relationship with local & state associations • Attend local association meetings/workshops • Complete weekly reporting • Mentor one new manager each month in their respective region

🎯 Anforderungen

• B.A. /B.S. degree • 3 - to 5 years related experience • Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
