Beschreibung

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic cross-functional programs focused on customer success and security initiatives. • Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution. • Coordinate efforts across multiple organizations to align priorities, drive consensus, and deliver business outcomes. • Design and support initiatives that improve customer security posture and overall customer success. • Create executive-level presentations, strategy documents, and communications that clearly articulate program goals, progress, recommendations, and outcomes. • Facilitate recurring business reviews, leadership meetings, and operational rhythms to track program health and execution. • Analyze business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend scalable solutions. • Support go-to-market planning and execution for strategic initiatives and customer programs. • Monitor program performance using metrics and data to identify risks, measure success, and drive continuous improvement. • Present program updates, recommendations, and findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders. • Work independently while proactively identifying risks, proposing solutions, and driving workstreams to completion.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–7 years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. • 5–7 years of experience working with security-related programs, security strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, or customer security initiatives. • Strong executive communication skills with experience creating presentations, strategy documents, and leadership briefings. • Experience developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive storytelling materials. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. • Experience with strategic planning, program execution, and operational rhythm management. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing initiatives, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Knowledge of customer success principles and experience supporting customer-focused business initiatives. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio.
