Beschreibung

• Increase revenue and achieve sales goals through prospecting, adding new customers, presenting, and closing new business • Implement sales strategies using industry trends and insights • Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with potential corporate clients • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers • Consult with clients to understand branding goals and recommend promotional products • Develop assigned territory and/or target market by identifying key decision makers • Use market research, cold-call campaigns, direct solicitation, company-generated leads, and personal contacts • Develop knowledge of prospects and customers, including deal potential and financial and business information • Maintain market presence and a network of outside referral sources • Develop deep knowledge of product offerings and customization options • Create and present sales proposals and product demonstrations tailored to client needs • Monitor industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging trends • Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, customization, and delivery • Maintain accurate sales records and provide updates on pipeline progress, forecasts, and performance metrics • Communicate consistently with clients and project managers according to company guidelines • Participate in quality improvement processes and help resolve client requirements • Complete estimates and order forms according to pricing procedures

🎯 Anforderungen

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without current or future sponsorship • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in promotional product sales • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to understand and articulate the value of branded merchandise as part of a client’s marketing strategy • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Dynamic listening, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, managers, and other department heads • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CommonSKU, and CRM, preferably HubSpot • Existing book of business is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
