Beschreibung

• Partner with commercial teams during later sales-cycle stages to support prospect conversations, map technical requirements, and provide validation • Design, scope, and support implementation of technical solutions for payment gateway integrations, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and related payment services • Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise clients during onboarding and post-deployment • Support integration of payment solutions with e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and operational or financial reporting systems • Provide rapid troubleshooting support and coordinate technical testing across environments to resolve integration and transaction issues • Create and maintain integration guides, troubleshooting manuals, client solution captures, client-specific configurations, test plans, and merchant training materials • Collaborate with software developers and the product team • Translate merchant feedback and project status reports into suggestions for platform improvements • Own the technical relationship lifecycle to improve onboarding speed, client retention, and product evolution

🎯 Anforderungen

• Exceptional communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business needs to developers • Proven experience in client-facing technical support, solutions engineering, business analysis, or product-focused roles • Experience running client scoping workshops and capturing and translating requirements • Experience in a fast-paced, agile, or scaling environment • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and maintain sharp attention to detail • Hands-on experience with API integration, RESTful services, and troubleshooting web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Familiarity with payment processing systems such as credit cards, ACH, mobile payments, and digital wallets is nice to have • Experience in a SaaS environment alongside Agile development methodologies is nice to have • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is nice to have • Payment-system or compliance certifications, such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, or cloud architecture, are nice to have • Ability to work occasional late shifts, such as 11am–7pm, to support US merchant onboarding
