Beschreibung

• Accelerate value creation from existing initiatives through strategic problem-solving • Remove roadblocks and establish enablers for transformation initiatives • Define incremental initiatives to bridge value gaps • Identify gaps between transformation initiatives and budget or long-range plan targets • Diagnose major roadblocks, identify root causes, and design corrective plans • Partner with initiative managers to understand success factors and critical enablers • Establish cross-initiative, organization-level enablers such as change management and analytics • Identify, validate, quantify, and define implementation plans for incremental initiatives • Hand off defined initiatives to execution leads • Conduct strategic reviews and risk assessments of the overall value creation plan • Continuously improve the transformation program and mitigate risks • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing transformation initiative status, milestones, achievements, and challenges • Present findings, actionable insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in a top tier strategy consulting firm • 8+ years of relevant experience and career progression • Structured problem solving and analytical skills • Ability to navigate ambiguous problem contexts and identify relevant issues/resolutions through a structured process • Excellent quantitative skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities • Strong executive communication and presence • Ability to clearly articulate insights verbally and in writing • Proven experience in complex programmatic change leadership • Ability to run multiple transformational programs simultaneously and deliver high-quality results and business value • Unwavering focus on results while creating strong relationships • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field at a leading university • Telecom experience is a bonus • Understanding of wireline telco financials and drivers is a bonus • Familiarity with telco operations and associated KPIs is a bonus • Understanding of the US fiber market is a bonus
