Beschreibung

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects • Ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets • Manage creative execution for content strategy, user experience, design, copywriting, and business requirements • Lead execution of eCommerce and Digital Self-Service initiatives • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks • Define and track project tasks, participants, dependencies, and critical details • Document and communicate scope changes and adjust project plans • Serve as the point of contact for project updates, issues, and communications • Coordinate project meetings, distribute minutes, track action items, and incorporate deliverables into timelines • Provide status updates to stakeholders • Manage resources across strategy, UX, UI, copywriting, and product teams • Track, assess, and escalate project risks and recommend mitigation strategies • Contribute to intake assessments and prioritize projects based on resource availability and business value • Support process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality • Lead project retrospectives and implement actionable improvements

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in digital program management or a related field • Proven experience managing creative execution, including resource allocation for strategy, UX, UI, copywriting, and business requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills • Experience managing cross-functional teams • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse business partners • Familiarity with digital commerce platforms, self-service technologies, content management systems, and analytics platforms • Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet, and Confluence • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget • Proven track record managing creative execution and resource allocation for large-scale digital projects • Prior telecommunications industry experience is a bonus • Must be able to work in the United States; North Carolina is specified as the state location
