Beschreibung

• Lead large-scale technical programs focused on platform modernization, security, and product enablement to drive organizational transformation • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Okta migration projects, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery • Drive alignment and collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption • Track program progress using metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to communicate status and impact • Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and security risks associated with identity platform transitions • Implement operational process improvements by standardizing workflows, metrics, and execution models for continuous improvement • Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable scalable, repeatable technology operations • Create clarity and drive decision-making using data-driven insights and structured narratives for executive stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience Range: 8 - 12 years of experience, including at least 4 years of technical program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Advanced proficiency in Okta architecture and configuration • Hands-on experience with Okta migration in enterprise environments • Strong understanding of identity management concepts and platforms • Expertise in AWS and modern cloud architectures • Experience with microservices and containerization technologies • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools • Knowledge of enterprise security controls and risk management frameworks • Experience managing third-party SaaS integrations • Technical program management in security and infrastructure domains • Ability to use metrics and dashboards for program tracking and reporting • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
