Beschreibung

• Serves as the technical representative for clients, providing technical management of client needs • Manages assigned field staff for real estate due diligence services • Upholds industry and company standards, providing guidance on technical issues • Reviews and evaluates field staff work progress and resolves problems • Prepares reports for on-time delivery to clients • Complies with legal requirements by studying and enforcing necessary actions • Delivers outstanding customer service through proactive solutions to clients’ needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in related field • Minimum of five years of related experience • Valid driver's license with no significant MVA points/violations • Current AHERA, Asbestos Inspector Certification, or OSHA-40-hour certification preferred • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures • Proficient in operating a computer, word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software
