Beschreibung

• Partner strategically with startup clients across industries (Fintech, Crypto/Blockchain/NFT, SaaS, Consumer, Healthcare). • Act as a trusted ally to CEOs and management teams, providing fractional CFO services. • Present at investor meetings and participate in investor pitches. • Build complex financial models and evaluate fundraising round size and cap table dilution. • Bridge legacy financial thinking with blockchain-based ecosystems and capital flows. • Manage entire Finance function for clients and lead/manage teams. • Build out robust processes and systems, embracing agile and scrappy startup environments. • Context shift, communicate, prioritize, and evaluate diverse client needs while working largely independently.

• Naturally curious and able to ask meaningful, thoughtful questions. • Desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. • Lead with integrity and take initiative. • Highly accurate, analytical, and able to plan ahead. • Expert collaborator, gives and receives feedback regularly. • Strong working knowledge of technology and ability to learn new systems/tools quickly. • Passion and experience working with rapidly growing startups and founders. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. • Over 5 years of experience in a high-level Finance role. • Understanding of financial, regulatory, and tax landscapes and jurisdictional complexities. • Ability to lead fundraising efforts, model cap table scenarios, and assist with investor pitches. • Ability to design Finance functions, build team structures, implement systems, and develop processes. • Drive comprehensive reporting of financial performance, metrics, and KPIs. • Strong finance-based modeling and analytical skills. • Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Carta, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and video conferencing tools such as Zoom.
