Beschreibung

• Develop deep account plans for 1–2 national brokerage firms, incorporating national objectives, regional dynamics, and client needs • Build multi-level relationships across national, practice, specialty, and local teams • Facilitate strategic QBRs and ongoing engagement to align shared priorities and emerging opportunities • Partner with marketing on content, education, and engagement strategies • Understand Businessolver’s product portfolio and Pinnacle Partner ecosystem • Translate broker and client pain points into solution designs and value narratives • Co-create pricing, packaging, and partnership constructs supporting broker initiatives • Identify and advance strategically fitting reseller opportunities • Partner with Direct Sales and the RFP team on broker-influenced prospect pursuits • Engage in high-priority opportunities with strategic positioning, solution guidance, and relationship support • Improve pipeline quality and deal velocity • Ensure seller motions align with each broker’s business model, service philosophy, and client needs • Join cross-functional deal teams and provide sellers with firm-specific insights • Surface structured feedback, emerging needs, and market trends from broker partners • Partner with Product Marketing to influence roadmap priorities and advocate for capabilities, integrations, or packaging • Drive broker engagement, broker-sourced and influenced ARR growth, client retention, and broker satisfaction

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–7+ years in brokerage, benefits administration, HR tech, partner/channel management, enterprise consulting, or solution architecture • Experience working directly at Alliant, Aon, Brown & Brown, Gallagher, Lockton, Mercer, or WTW • Ability to build multi-level relationships across national, regional, and local teams • Strong business analysis, account planning, and executive communication skills • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with product, sales, and partner teams • Strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into structured, actionable plans • Executive relationship-building skills across C-suite, practice leaders, field teams, and sellers • Consulting, analytical, empathetic, and solutioning capabilities • Highly fluent in benefits, HR technology, and the broker landscape • Comfortable engaging at the C-suite level and navigating complex organizations • Ability to turn insights into narratives, data into decisions, and opportunities into programs • Willingness to travel 25–35% to broker offices, conferences, and client-facing engagements
