Beschreibung

• Lead the full solution lifecycle using an outcome-first approach • Define business problems and user needs • Assess data ownership, integrity, migration and integration requirements • Map business needs to Microsoft 365 capabilities • Compare potential solutions based on simplicity, sustainability, cost and governance • Recommend appropriate technology patterns with rationale and risk considerations • Design, test and implement agreed solutions using reusable and scalable components • Prepare detailed documentation • Provide hands-on knowledge transfer for long-term internal support • Work with business and technical teams to select Microsoft technologies • Automate business processes and improve data access and reporting • Support modernization of regulatory capabilities • Contribute to scalable solutions, reusable components and production releases

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 10 years within the last 15 years working in the Microsoft ecosystem • Full Solution Lifecycle project experience using an outcome-first approach • Certification: PL-400 Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate or PL-600 Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert • 5 years within the last 10 years developing Microsoft Planner functionality using the Planner API • 5 years within the last 10 years developing Microsoft SharePoint solutions using the Microsoft Graph API, including Drive, List and Site functionality • 5 years within the last 10 years managing Microsoft Teams using the Microsoft Graph API • 5 years within the last 10 years developing Power Automate cloud flows using standard and custom Microsoft connectors • 5 years within the last 10 years integrating solutions with Microsoft Azure Active Directory single sign-on • 5 years within the last 10 years creating Microsoft Teams Canvas Power Apps and developing custom components using the Power Apps Component Framework • 5 years within the last 10 years developing Power BI reports and dashboards • 5 years within the last 10 years connecting solutions with new and existing enterprise or Common Dataverse data • 5 years within the last 10 years using Visual Studio with C#, .NET and Python • 5 years within the last 10 years using Visual Studio Code with JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js • Required to complete a Government of Canada security screening process before commencing work • Ability to work remotely with clear communication and team coordination
