Beschreibung

• Use expertise to provide support to clients from healthcare systems and academic medical centers, colleges and universities, arts and cultural organizations, and many other nonprofits to advance their missions. • Work with client-facing teams and contribute to the success of client projects by developing and delivering materials that support donor engagement and stewardship. • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to create communications, reports, and donor relations resources that support donor relationships and advance client goals. • Produce high-quality deliverables, assist with the creation and implementation of report recommendations, donor engagement strategies and other related services. • Manage projects, collaborate effectively, and deliver consistent results to support clients’ fundraising efforts.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of work experience related to donor relations, donor experience or stewardship in higher education, a healthcare/academic medical center setting, and/or non-profit organization. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. • Analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative, and a solid strategic thinking ability for report writing. • Solid time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Bachelor’s degree required.
