Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, including government/DoD systems, vendor and licensing systems, and other enterprise tools • Use REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Integration Hub, JDBC/ODBC connections, and email integration • Gather integration requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications • Develop and maintain integration designs, data mappings, technical documentation, and test plans • Test integrations for data accuracy and functionality • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues • Monitor integration performance and identify optimization opportunities • Stay current on ServiceNow features and integration best practices • Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers on custom solutions and enhancements • Contribute to ServiceNow platform architecture and design • Automate manual processes using ServiceNow workflows and integrations • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members • Support the Department of the Air Force Enterprise IT as a Service program

🎯 Anforderungen

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance • 12+ years of relevant experience; a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and integration • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and functionalities • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs • Experience with JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS • Experience with data mapping and transformation • Experience with ServiceNow MID Server configuration and troubleshooting • Experience with Integration Hub and ServiceNow Flow Designer • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification • Experience integrating tools and sources for hardware and/or software asset management • CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire • Active Secret clearance preferred • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred • Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred • Experience with DevOps practices and tools preferred • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms preferred • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL preferred
